Instead of continuing to rely on manual and error-prone copy+paste and writing wild Excel formulas, we took a different approach with OTC: the design and implementation of a modern web application that can be used to feed in, link and evaluate data from the Tomedo practice software and the tax consultant's business management analysis (BWA). At the same time, the software should be flexible enough to be able to map changes made by the partners and employed doctors, such as entry and exit, changes to remuneration keys or subsequent corrections.
Our solution not only makes the controlling of the group practice simpler, more solid and easier to understand, but can also be accessed from anywhere.
